- Choice of heart cutout shutters or paneneled.
- Choice of dutch door or glazed.

- Base size: 2.4mtr wide x 3.2mtr deep (3.9mtr with optional deck).
- Height: (main house) 2.4mtr.
- Door height: 1.2 mtr
- Optional white railings and gate with either Cedar or white wash deck.
Delivery & Installation:
Price shown Includes delivery and installation within 150 miles of our workshop in Melksham Wiltshire. Installation will normally take between 4 and 8 hours depending on accessand weather etc.
We can deliver this playhouse preassembled so it can be delivered and in place within an hour. For this option we would need good access to reverse a flat bed trailer right up to the playhouse base.
