   Standard Specification Includes:

• 4 opening sash style windows.
  
• Fixed window above door and upper sides (arched, square, or heart shape).
• 4 paneled front door with upper panels glazed or dutch (stable) door.
• False shutters to lower front windows (choice of heart cut out, panelled, or slats).
• Flower boxes fitted to front windows (suitable for faux flowers only).
• Charcoal black felt roofing tiles.
• All fixed glazing incorporate super tough and UV resistant 4mm clear acrylic.
• Sash style windows are white painted aluminum & incorporate toughened safety glass. The windows have spring catches that latch open in 2 positions. Removable insect screens are supplied as standard.
• Loft and ladder as standard (painted white). 
• Optional staircase (add £300)
• Flooring varnished white wood effect vinyl.
• Interior walls painted light cream as standard.
• Optional railings and gate with black composite deck.
