• 4 paneled front door with upper panels glazed.
• False shutters to lower front windows (choice of 2 styles).
• Charcoal black felt roofing tiles.
• All fixed glazing incorporate super tough and UV resistant 4mm clear acrylic.
• Sash style windows are white painted aluminum & incorporate toughened safety glass. The windows have spring catches that latch open in 2 positions. Removable insect screens are supplied as standard.
• Standard Interior:  painted cream walls, white vinyl flooring and painted white stairs
